Your pillows will be carefully packed in a reusable Floof dust cover and a custom-fit shipping box that's specifically designed to deliver every pillow or swatch in pristine condition.

Care

We love our pets, and agree that they deserve to rest in luxury too! Unfortunately, no fabric is 100% pet-proof, but some materials naturally attract less fur than others.

While our pillows are made with high-quality materials, some materials (like tweed, linen and woven textiles) may cling to pet hair more than others. However, these can be gently cleaned with a lint roller to remove stubborn pet hair.

If you’re looking for decor pillows with better fur resistance, we recommend choosing styles with satin or metallic fabrics, which tend to shed pet hair more easily and require less maintenance!

Most Floof pillow covers can be gently cleaned using fabric-specific care, as outlined in our pillow care guide.

Care instructions can vary slightly by fabric and collection, so we always recommend following the specific guidance listed on the care guide, which covers everything from everyday throw pillow maintenance to deeper cleaning, so your decorative pillows stay looking fresh and beautifully styled. 

Yes—we recommend washing your inserts once a year to keep them fresh and full. Because inserts and covers should be cleaned differently, we suggest reviewing our pillow care guide for more information on how to properly wash and dry your inserts without compromising their shape and comfort. 

Washing your pillow inserts helps extend the life of your throw pillows and keeps them feeling plush and supportive over time.

Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth and use a mild, water-free solvent for tough spots. Avoid rubbing the fabric, as that can damage delicate textures. For persistently stubborn stains, a professional cleaner is recommended. 

No, Floof pillow covers should not be machine washed; spot cleaning is recommended. Floof’s care instructions specify that covers are best maintained by blotting spills and spot cleaning with a mild, water-free solvent rather than fully washing them.

Simply click the “Request a Swatch” link on any product page. Your first three swatches are free, and any additional swatches are just $3 each. This is a great way to explore colorways, textures, and finishes before committing to your decor pillows.

Delivery time depends on your location, but we aim to get your samples to you quickly so you can start styling your space with confidence.

All Floof down is responsibly sourced according to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

RDS is geared toward creating a more humane and sustainable supply chain for feather down. The animals we get our down from are never subjected to harmful practices like force-feeding or live-plucking, and we’re even able to track our down back to whatever farm it came from. We want to ensure that every part of your pillow is designed as a complete set to guarantee comfort, durability, and the plush feel that makes Floof throw pillows stand out. You’ll receive both a confirmation page and an email once your order is placed. 

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information.

Yes, Floof accepts returns within 45 days for items in original, re-sellable condition.

Returns for a full refund are accepted within 45 days after delivery. Pillows must be in their original, re-sellable condition (unwashed, stain, odor and tear free) for us to accept your return. We hope you love your Floof, and we want you to feel confident when you buy from us! If you're not in love with your pillows, just follow the steps here for a hassle-free return. You can request changes or cancellations by contacting our concierge team as soon as possible. 

Send us an email at concierge@floofliving.com as soon as possible. We commence the manufacturing process of your Floof pillows quickly, so sooner is better. Order changes or cancellations are subject to a potential $15 fee if made after things get in motion with our factory.

Shipping

Standard shipping rate is $16, and orders of two or more pillows ship for free. We want to make styling your space easy, so larger orders automatically qualify for complimentary shipping.

Floof pillows typically ship within 4 - 6 business days. 

All Floof pillows are handmade in our California atelier with a focus on craftsmanship and quality. Once shipped, FedEx Ground delivery generally takes 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.  

No, all of our products ship via FedEx Ground only. 

Standard ground shipping ensures your pillows arrive safely while maintaining the high level of care required for our handmade products.

Currently, Floof only ships within the United States.

No, Floof’s carrier cannot deliver to P.O. box addresses.
