It’s the culmination of expert designers, talented artisans, and a touch of magic come together to create an exceptional lounging experience. 

Every part of your Floof pillow, from the carefully selected yarn to the overstuffed, scrumptious fill is crafted to give you a pillow experience like never before.

Your pillows will be carefully packed in a Floof dust cover and box that's specifically designed to deliver every product in pristine condition.

Care

We love our pets, and agree that they deserve to rest in luxury too! Unfortunately, no fabric is 100% pet-proof. While our pillows are made with high quality materials, some materials (like tweed, linen and woven textiles) may cling on to pet hair more than others. However, these can be gently cleaned with a lint roller to remove stubborn pet hair. If you’re looking for pillows with better fur resistance, we recommend our satin or metallic fabrics!

All of our down is sourced according to strict Responsible Down Standards, geared toward creating a more humane and sustainable supply chain for feather down. The animals we get our down from are never subjected to harmful practices like force-feeding or live-plucking, and we’re even able to track our down back to whatever farm it came from. This means more transparency and trustworthy standards that make for a kinder, more compassionate approach to down sourcing. Learn more about RDS here.

Orders and Returns

Your Floof is more than a pillow, it’s a luxurious experience! We want to ensure that every part of your Floof meets our high quality standards, so we don’t currently offer our pillowcases without the insert. This way we can guarantee that you’re getting the most out of your Floof and have the exceptional experience you deserve.

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information.

Returns for a full refund are accepted within 45 days after delivery. Pillows must be in their original, re-sellable condition (unwashed, stain, odor and tear free) for us to accept your return. We hope you love your Floof, and we want you to feel confident when you buy from us! If you're not in love with your pillows, just follow the steps here for a hassle-free return. If you’d like to make any changes to your recently placed order, send us an email at concierge@floofliving.com as soon as possible. We commence the manufacturing process of your Floof pillows quickly, so sooner is better. Order changes or cancellations are subject to a potential $15 fee if made after things get in motion with our factory.

Shipping

Our standard shipping rate is $12. We offer complimentary shipping for orders of 2 pillows or more.

All Floof pillows are handmade in our California atelier where we focus on craftsmanship and quality. Pillows should ship out within 4-6 business days from placing your order.

No, all of our products ship via FedEx ground where normal transit times are 3-5 business days.

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.

Our carrier is currently unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.
