It’s the culmination of expert designers, talented artisans, and a touch of magic come together to create an exceptional lounging experience.

Every part of your Floof pillow, from the carefully selected yarn to the overstuffed, scrumptious fill is crafted to give you a pillow experience like never before.

Your Floof is more than a pillow, it’s a luxurious experience! We want to ensure that every part of your Floof meets our high quality standards, so we don’t currently offer our pillowcases without the insert. This way we can guarantee that you’re getting the most out of your Floof and have the exceptional experience you deserve.

Not with these pillows! Our inserts use a unique thread count cover that doesn’t allow rogue feathers to poke through.

All of our pillows are handmade to order in our California atelier. After you place your order, we’ll stitch, fill and fluff your Floof before shipping it with our world class courier. Our stitching and quality control takes 4-5 days, and your pillow will arrive in 3-5 days after it’s shipped.

Returns for a full refund are accepted within 45 days of placing your order. Pillows must be in their original, re-sellable condition (unwashed, stain, odor and tear free) for us to accept your return. Since our pillows are made with high-end yarns, pillow covers should be spot-cleaned only. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, white cloth and don't rub as this may damage the fabric. Use a mild, water-free solvent, and please avoid harsh cleaning products as these could fade the fabric. For any hard-to-remove stains, professional cleaning is recommended!

Yes. We recommend washing your inserts once a year. Take a look at our PILLOW CARE GUIDE for more information on how to properly wash your inserts.

We love our pets, and agree that they deserve to rest in luxury too! Unfortunately, no fabric is 100% pet-proof. While our pillows are made with high quality materials, some materials (like tweed, linen and woven textiles) may cling on to pet hair more than others. However, these can be gently cleaned with a lint roller to remove stubborn pet hair.

If you’re looking for pillows with better fur resistance, we recommend our satin or metallic fabrics!
